Metlakatla Ferry Service:
The first business started by the Metlakatla Development Corporation, the Metlakatla Ferry Service runs regular ferries between the dock in Prince Rupert – located along the waterfront below the Museum of Northern B.C. – and the community of Metlakatla. With a fleet of three ferries, the Metlakatla Ferry Service also offers transportation charters for businesses and residents on the North Coast.

North Co-Corp Ferry Service:
North Co-Corp is a ferry owned by three communities: Hartley Bay, Kitkatla and Metlakatla. The ferry services Hartley Bay, Kitkatla, Metlakatla and Oona River. The North Co-Corp Board of Directors consists of a representative from each of the three communities. Runs leaving Prince Rupert are on a first-come, first-serve basis – reservations cannot be made at this time. the ferry arrives in the community unloads passengers and loads new passengers returning immediately to Prince Rupert. Grassy Bay Services:
Located in the Prince Rupert Industrial Park, Grassy Bay Services is a full-service PetroCanada gas station, offering all types of fuel, propane and a fully-stocked convenience store. Self-serve is also available and status cards are accepted at the gas bar.
Gat Leedm Logistics:
Wholly-owned by the Metlakatla Development Corporation, Gat Leedm Logistics offers a wide variety of trucking and hauling services as well as a 4,000 square foot fully bonded warehouse. With a fleet of 15 tractors and acting as agents for Van Kam Freightways and Calrk Freightways, Gat Leedm Logistics can provide movement for everything from fuel and gravel to containers and in-town deliveries. Coastal Training Centre:
The Coastal Training Centre, located in Prince Rupert, is designed to offer training and education to meet the needs of industry and allow job-seekers to get the skills they need to succeed. The Coastal Training Centre brokers accredited education programs from various public and private education institutions and delivers these programs to people in the Prince Rupert area.
